Why The Code Munk
Even Exists

Most students finish college without ever writing a real program. They know theory. They've memorised textbooks. But they've never built anything.

That's the gap we saw. Not a lack of talent — a lack of direction. No structured path from "I want to code" to "I can build and deploy a full application." No mentor who talks in plain language. No community that makes you feel like you belong in tech.

So in 2023, we built The Code Munk. Not another institute with fancy brochures and empty promises. A focused, practical, student-first learning system — where every session, every project and every interaction is designed to make you job-ready.

With over 8 years of hands-on industry experience, Ayushman has worked across two of India's leading tech organisations — starting his journey at Aspire Systems and currently engineering solutions at Cognizant, one of India's top MNCs. Along the way, he noticed a gap that no one was filling: students who had the drive but lacked real-world guidance to cross from college to a career in tech.

I didn't build TCM because I wanted a startup. I built it because I was that student once — talented, confused, and without anyone to show me the way.

How We Got Here

2023

The Beginning

The Code Munk launches with its first batch of 12 students. Classes on Google Meet, assignments on WhatsApp, and a lot of passion.

2024

Community Grows

500+ students trained. WhatsApp community crosses 1,000 members. First batch of students gets internships through Cuboidsoft.

2025

System Matures

Structured curriculum, proper LMS, multiple course tracks. 1,000+ students trained. Community hits 3,000 members across platforms.

2026

Today

1,200+ trained. 5,000+ community. New website. More courses. Bigger ambitions. Same mission — making good tech education accessible.
